2024年11月3日（日），是我們第八屆兔寶爸媽成長工作坊舉辦的日子，為了照顧中南部兔寶爸媽的需求，這次工作坊選在彰化員林舉行，非常感謝蕭弘智醫師無償提供我們場地
本次課程共有七組產前發現胎兒唇顎裂的家庭參加，有第一胎的新手爸媽，有帶著大寶參與的父母，更有全家動員來學習照顧技巧的家庭，看到這麼多人齊聚一堂為迎接兔寶誕生而努力，著實令人感動，也是我們持續舉辦工作坊的動力
課程首先由北醫顱顏中心陳國鼎醫師講解唇顎裂的分型與治療，讓爸媽可以依寶寶的分型了解治療和照顧重點，以及相關資源。緊接著是工作坊的重頭戲： 唇顎裂假體實作 。由陳醫師和同為北醫顱顏中心團隊的黃郁理醫師、潘禕琳 護理師，帶著現場爸媽學習餵奶、配戴鼻膜、配戴鼻撐器等照顧步驟和細節，課後也開放自由發問時間，讓爸媽可以向專業人員尋求解答，也讓迎接兔寶的準備更為踏實。
